180: Day “Minus 3”: Getting the classroom ready

This is the first of my attempt at a “180” blog. 180 blogs aim for “a picture a day” from a teacher’s classroom, along with a short reflection. The “180” comes from, I believe, the fact that there are about 180 teaching days in a year. Day “Minus 3”

Wednesday, classes start next Monday. Getting moved into my new classroom at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory. Trying to arrange my tables and chairs so there is no apparent “front” to the classroom (and my teacher desk is closer to what might see as the ‘back’ of the classroom’). The tables and chairs all roll, so I’m looking forward to Whiteboard Meetings where all the  tables are rolled out of the way.
