The software is called CamStuio, and being open source it is free. You can find it at <a title=\"CamStudio\" href=\"http:\/\/camstudio.org\/\">http:\/\/camstudio.org\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I used it for making a few tutorials for affiliate groups of Berkeley Partners for Parks, whose web site I manage.
